Building Client Trust
What are the best ways to build trust with your clients?
Love this question because all of us struggle with questions like “ how much follow up it too much?”; “ how to not be a pest“; “ how do I get clients to respond?”
Not to sound corny, but my philosophy is to treat others the way you would want to be treated if you were a very busy person with multiple competing priorities (mindful of the old adage that if you want something done you ask a busy person).
